Extract a series of images from an
animated .gif or a video clip. 3 to 5
images in sequence should be enough.

Using a program like MS Digital Image.
create several text boxes exactly the
same and fill each one with one of the
the extracted images in sequence.

Still using MS Digital Image...go to...
Tools / Flipbook...to create an animated
.gif from the series of prepared images.
