Hello

I have read the ENUS but would like some clarification about our intended
use. Please do not refer me to yet another ENUS that does not answer this
question, I have been reading through all of the posts and think it's a bit
unclear (perhaps because I am not a lawyer?).

We would like to incorporate MS clip art in educational resources which will
then be distributed to many schools (e.g. a image of a frog to brighten up a
maths worksheet). The resources will all be provided to schools free of
charge but on a very large scale.

Is this permissible?

Many thanks in advance

Sorry, but all we can do is refer you to
Microsoft guidelines because we are
not lawyers either.

Maybe the following links will be useful:

Read the "How you can use it" section
of the following webpage:

http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/clipart/HA102019231033.aspx?pid=CH010963491033

The "Clip Art" section of the following
article may be worth a look:

Use of Microsoft Copyrighted Content

Here's an excerpt from the MS Publisher

and use images, clip art, animations, sounds, music,
shapes, video clips and templates provided with the

and projects that you create. You may distribute those

wish to use these media elements or templates for
any other purpose, go to www.microsoft.com/permission
