Dglxasset files instead of clip art
(too old to reply)

I delete my temporary internet files as suggested in the HELP article but
this does not seem to help the problem. I may be able to use one or two
pieces of clip art after this but I am still getting the dglxasset files and
even when I try to use the clip art I can see, it's causing my WORD to
essentially crash and I have to use the task manager to end the program.

Any ideas would be helpful, thanks!

Just wondering which program you use
for e-mail? Outlook or Outlook Express?

Make certain your firewall is allowing downloads from Office.

Are your MDAC components current?
http://msdn2.microsoft.com/en-us/data/aa937712.aspx

Open the Organizer from start, Microsoft Office Tools, Clip Organizer, when the
Organizer opens, tools, compact. There is also a detect and repair in the
help menu.

It that doesn't help:

Move your Internet temporary folder, Windows will create a new one the next time
you open the Explorer.

Your Organizer may have become corrupt, you can change the name of the
Mstore10.mgc to Mstore10.old. A new catalog will be created the next time you
open the Organizer. The file is in a folder similar to this: (hidden)
C:\Documents and Settings\<user name>\Application Data\Microsoft\Clip Organizer
