Why is it taking an unusually long time for Microsoft Office Picture Manager
to open a picture file considering it is in jpeg format and small size?
Imagine, it would take almost aminute to open a 22KB jpeg file without any
other running applications. I already secured all the available Office
updates I could get my hands on in the net and I also did a Detect and Repair
but to no avail. My notebook has a Pentium M processor 2.13 Ghz with 1GB
DDR2 RAM and it's free from virusses, spywares or adwares as confirmed by
Norton Anti-Virus with an updated virus definition as of August 7, 2006. I
also did a Windows check which confirms that it's working perfectly.
I would certainly appreciate whatever help you can accord me concerning this
matter
