I'm unable to insert a clipart with a globe sign on the bottom left of the
clipart(which means the clip Catalog is the Microsoft online clip art)and
when I preview the clipart it shows a missing image with the name of
dglxasset.aspx.
I’ve tried to add the URL of http://office.microsoft.com/clipart to the
trusted sites but still the same problem, but I’m able to download any
clipart from the same website

Have you emptied your temporary cache? In Internet Explorer, tools, Internet
Options, delete, delete files.
