How to record from Internet

Hello All,

I've become quite a fan of music available from the Internet, in particular,
music available on YouTube and Sirius Satellite Radio (Sirius.com). What I'd
like to know if there is a way to record music from either source and save it
locally in a format that can be recorded on a CD? Can this be done with
Media Player or other applications that come bundled with a Windows desktop?
