Moving Graphics and photos around the page

I have Word 2007. When I put a clip art or photo on the page I cannot move
it to just any place. I seem to bew restricted to top, middle, botton and
left, right and centre of the page.

How can I place the clipart or photo exactly where I want it to be.

Right-click the image, change the text wrap to anything but in-line.
