I have downloaded moving clip art but have trouble sending in outlook Express
in the meesage body. Using The same reciprient ,sometimes they receive my
clip art but very often they don`t. I have tried different ways ie.
Insert/pictures/browse - which does not work, but Copy/Paste works sometimes
but not all the time. Has anyone any ideas please?

You must send your email as HTML for the animation to work. You can attach the
animation; if your recipient has a capable viewer it will animate when
double-clicked.

If your recipients do not have HTML enabled they will receive your email in
plain text with the animation as an attachment.
You are not doing anything wrong if some folks are not having issues with your
emails. It could be an ISP situation; some ISP's will want you to okay
attachments. It could be a spam application interfering. Have your recipients
look at their email settings.

Do you think that the problem may be that the size of the clip art is too big
to send in the message body of email?. If so, what is the best way to reduce
them.
Thanks
