Clipart Organiser Frozen

I have been using Microsoft Office for over a year and suddenly I cannot use
the Clipart function. Any application using the clipart organiser freezes
when it is accessed and the application has to be shut down using the task
manager. I am using Vista and have a 64 bit operating system. I have tried
reinstalling Office but that has not worked.

When you use the Organizer chances are you are connected to the Internet. When
your temporary cache is full the Organizer will not function properly.
In Internet Explorer, Tools, Internet Options, Delete. You will want to delete
the temporary files.
