how to convert image file to other types?

i wan the picture from jpeg convert to jpg/gif/amr/midi/wav. how do i convert
it using microsoft office picture manager or other software? becoz the digi
web can oni send those files, pls hlp, ty

Open the image, on the right Getting Started task pane, click Export pictures,
Export with this file format, scroll down to .jpg. There are other options you
can select.

You will have to find a different program for sound files.
