I am working in a company who has their own set of trademarked and coprighted
logos. We are creating a wellness program and would like an image to
represent our wellness team and go along with our in house advertising. I
have read through all of the 'rights of use' materials I can find, but would
like an answer to what type of logo is prohibited. The image would not be
associated with any of our public products, advertising or company documents.
It would not be used outside of the company or placed on any of our public
brochures, websites, products or displays.

We can't give you legal advice. Read the EULA. This PDF is for Publisher, it is
pretty clear...

Pay particular attention to section 1.5
