How do I copy clipboard viewer to microsoft clipboard organizer

I have a problem with my windows cilpboard viewer the edit button is disabled
so I cannot coy or paste or edit any clip board file that goes there.
I would want to find if this can be disabled and use microsoft clipboard
organizer as my default clipboard viewer.
Please treat as URGENT.

Do you mean the Clip Organizer? Viewers are not best editing programs. I truly
cannot understand what you are trying to do.
