downloading clip art Catastrophic Failure Error Code 0x8000FFF?

:Trying to download a clip art image from Microsoft Clip Art, I keep getting
this error message - doesn't matter if I'm downloading to Clip Organizer or
Clip Gallery. Catastrophic Failure Error Code 0x8000FFF. Deos anyone know how
to fix or get around this? Thanks!

Some folks have had success curing this error by updating their Java console.

i had the same problem today, i have the latest java installed, i managed to
download by reducing the number of clips i was trying to download at one time.

??have you cleaned out your internet files lately-----cookies, history etc?

Char, This error has been reported in all sorts of programs, upgrades and other
situations. No two solutions are the same. I don't know how to help you.
