Superimpose

Can I superimpose one piece of clip art over another? I want to place the
"no" symbol (circle with a slash across it) over a laptop computer. Is this
possible?

What program are you using? Word has auto shapes, one of which is the *no*
symbol. Fill it red and place it over your laptop image. It may be easier to do
on the drawing canvas.
