I have a background picture that is on my desktop. The problem is a second
picture that takes up about 1/4 of my desktop and overlaps the desktop
picture. I cannot get rid of the overlapping picture. Even if I change my
desktop picture, the overlapping picture will not budge. Can I get rid of
this second picture?
Thank you.

Is the overlapping picture another copy of the same
like maybe it is tiled...or is it a completely different picture?
