Thanks for the suggestions, Mary...however, even doing everything you
suggested, nothing worked. However, I finally decided to take a chance and
re-load the Clip Art component of MS Word from my original Office XP
installation disc. Despite my fears it would crash the system (it didn't!), I
was able to re-load it. Interestingly, when I clicked on Word to start the
program, the computer automatically re-loaded Office Entrerprise 2007, and
now I'm able to get to my Organizer and all the clip art in both Word and
Publisher! (The luck of fools, I think!) Thanks again.

Post by Mary SauerThe suggestion is your MDAC components are out of date or mismatched.
Microsoft Data Access Components (MDAC) 2.8
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=6c050fe3-c795-4b7d-b037-185d0506396c&displaylang=en
MDAC Utility: Component Checker
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=8f0a8df6-4a21-4b43-bf53-14332ef092c9&DisplayLang=en
You might try some other things before downloading any of the above.
Start, run
type
REGSVR32 OLE32.DLL
Your catalog could be corrupt. You can change the name of your catalog. The
Organizer will create a new one next time it is opened. You will lose any custom
keywords if you go this route.
Change Mstore10.mgc to Mstore10.old
It is in a folder similar to this: (hidden)
C:\\Documents and Settings\<<user>>\Application Data\Microsoft\Clip Organizer.

Post by Joan MI recently upgraded from Office XP Professional to Office Enterprise 2007,
and suddenly I have NO clip art. The error message I receive is: "Clip
Organizer cannot complete the operation. Class not registered. Error Code
0x0040154." How did my computer-based ClipArt organizer disappear? (BTW,
Since I'm on dial-up, downloading from the Internet is not a good option..._
