Is there someway to take a clipart and enlarge it to fill a 8 1/2 x 11 sheet?
I'm wanting to use one on a display at a festival. People will be standing
6 feet away and it needs to look good.

If the clipart is a vector (.wmf, .emf, .ia, .cdr and others) enlarging
generally will make no difference in resolution. It is when you start enlarging
raster images that you run into problems.(.jpg, .png, .bmp and others).
