Hi anyone know how to convert the Music clipart files from .mid to ,mp3 or
. wav ?

I want to import one of these clips in to an animated 'Macromedia Captivate'
project but it will only accept .mp3 or .wav

Thanks

I should add - am trying to use on of the Microsoft Clipart (sound) files -
which is in the .MID format.

How do I convert MID sound files to WAV so that I can embed them in my
PowerPoint? Microsoft should have included a converter in its Tools software.

Thank you.

==================================
FWIW...Midi files only contain the musical
notation they do not include a sound font.

In order to use them like an audio file they
must be converted to .wav, .wma, .mp3...
etc. And you can expect the converted file
to be considerably larger because of the
addition of the sound font.

You might want to try one of the following free
online converters:

Online MIDI to MP3/WAV Converter
