Clip art color problem

I have a problem where if I download clipart, then insert the picture from my
downloaded clip art into word or powerpoint 2000, the image shows up neon
green. It doesn't print this color, it only shows this way when I am editing
the document. This doesn't happen when I paste in regular images, or on
other identical computers. If I go into the edit picture option in word, the
color is corrected. Any ideas what's going on?

For extra info...

It's Word 2000 SP3
Windows XP SP2
I'm running on a domain.
I've called tech support, and they gave up.

Did you look in the Accessibility folder in the control panel to see if High
Contrast is enabled? Turn it off if it is.

A couple of things to try, disable screen and printer color matching. Been
awhile but I think this setting is in Options, print tab maybe. I still have
Publisher 2000 installed and this is where this option is located.

Right-click the desktop, properties, check your settings.
Update your video driver.
Be certain you have all of the service packs for Office 2000.

It looks like "screen and printer color matching" is only an option for
publisher, not word.

However, I will try disconnecting/uninstalling the pritner. The video
drivers cannot be updated as they are mandated to be at a certain version by
the domain admins. The vid drivers shouldn't be a problem, though, since all
the machines have the same drivers and the problem only occurs on one machine.
