pasting 1 picture to another

I have 2 pictures and i want to paste one onto the other.
please help

Open MS Paint twice, open a picture in both, mask the area in picture #1 you
want to place on picture #2, copy, go to picture #2 paste.

www.irfanview.com has a panoramic setting. It is a free program, get the
plug-ins too. It might be easier.
