Hi,

Trying to sort my on going saga out of not being able to install downloaded
clipart, I am now talking to the Vista people who suggest I try changing the
permmissions of the clip art exe folder. Can someone tell me where that is
cos I be darned if I can find a clipart.exe?

I wonder if they are referring to the MStore10 file?

Have you updated the ActiveX component? Have you made sure it is enabled? In
Internet Explorer, Tools, Manage Add-ins, Show: Run without permission,
Microsoft Office Template and Media Control.

Hi Mary,

Thats what I was wondering as I couldnt find the exe. Its strange because
all the shortcuts from the msoffice icons all point to shortcuts.

Anyway, I've double checked the active x control. It was the first thing I
did. And I deleted it and reinstalled it just to be sure. One thing I have
forgotten to mention in all this (sorrry!) is that Im using IE8, but to be
honest I'd be surprised if thats the problem as it seems to download ok.

I'll look at the MSStore10 file and see if i can do what they suggest with
that.
