WinXP or Vista?

Depending on the current aspect
ratio of the images you may need to
crop them.

Is this for the purpose of printing?

Thank you John,
I have XP and after I have finished editing my photos and I want to print I
get confused when resizing talks in pixels and percentages and all I want to
know if my size fits a 4'x 6' photo paper.

Most software will auto crop for you if your
aspect ratio is not correct.

As for pixels...your picture will fit a 4x6
template perfectly if the aspect ratio is
2:3. IOW...pixel size might be:
800x1200
1600x2400
2000x3000
