How do you know they are lost? If you have used the copy/paste option from the
Office web site then the clips will not be in your Organizer.
You can rename your Organizer, this will force the Organizer to create a new
catalogue the next time you open it.
Find Mstore10.mgc (a hidden file) rename it to Mstore10.old
It is in a folder similar to this
C:\Users\<<user>>\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Clip Organizer (Vista)
Windows XP
C:\Documents and Settings\<<user>>\Application Data\Microsoft\Clip Organizer

Post by kkatzeehi mary, I have now done this, but it has not replaced any of the 'lost' clips.
many thanks, kkatzee
Post by Mary SauerIf you think your Organizer is at fault, compact the Organizer, see if it helps.
Open the Organizer from Start, Microsoft Office Tools. When the Organizer opens,
Tools, compact.
Post back if compacting didn't help.

Post by kkatzeeover time quite a lot of my clips keep disappearing. I had a good collection
but they just seem to disapper from the organiser. Is there some kind of
limit or something to amount of them you can store? its seems the most recent
are the ones I will find.
thanks.
