Empty your temporary cache, see if that makes a difference. In Internet

the cross in the lower left corner of the thumbnail in clip organizer is an
indication that the clipart is not in the directory it should be and clip
organizer cannot find it. By default if you download clipart via the
organiser the clipart is placed in the shortcut directory:

my documents/my pictures/microsft clip organizer

or

c:/documents and settings/'user name'/my documents/my pictures/microsoft
clip organiser

and you should find your downloaded clipart there.

As I have said above the cross is an indication that the clipart is not in
the directory it should be - I wonder, did you move your downloaded clipart
after you completed your download?

Anyway go to

c:/documents and settings/'user name'/application data/microsoft/clip
organizer

and rename the file extension of mstore10.mgc to mstore10.old

Start clip organizer from

start/all programs/microsoft office/microsoft office tools/microsoft clip
organizer

and then having opened clip organizer click on 'tools' in the menu bar and
compact your organizer.

Once that is completed go to 'file' in the menu bar and then to 'add clips
to organiser/automatically', Clip Organizer will then do a search of your
hard drive for media files. This should restore your lost clipart to the
organizer.

Hope this helps
