Can't download clip art

Cleared temp files - when I try and download clip art a page appears with
what looks like programming language. The first line reads: <?xml
version="1.0" ?>
Then lists approx 30-40 lines of language D:multistatus & D:response. Help!

Is your computer up to date? How about Framework?
