You shouldn't have to re-install Office. There are a couple of other things you
can try first. Move the temporary folder, Explorer will create a new one.
Internet Explorer, tools, move folder (in IE 7, click settings then move
folder).
Put Office in your trusted sites.
In Internet Explorer, tools, Internet Options, security tab, high-light Trusted
Sites, click Sites button, uncheck "Require server verification (https:) for all
sites in this zone."
Type http://office.microsoft.com in the address bar, click add.

Post by KendallI renamed the file and clicked on the link and it says that it was
successfully applied. Still having the same issue...should Office be
reinstalled?
Post by Mary SauerCould be your Organizer is corrupted. Rename it to Mstore10.old.
It is in a folder similar to this (hidden)
C:\Documents and Settings\<<user name>>\Application Data\Microsoft\Clip
Organizer
or Vista
C:\Users\<<user name>>\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Clip Organizer
Can you accept the ActiveX component
http://office.microsoft.com/templates/axinstall.aspx?

Post by Mary SauerHave you emptied your temporary cache? In Internet Explorer, tools, Internet
Options, delete files.
Do you get an error?

Post by KendallI cannot view any media when I search in any of the Office 2007 programs. I
noticed this recently (was able to do it before) but do not know exactly when
it started. I used the "Detect and Repair" command and it did not find any
problems. Suggestions?
