I want to shrink image file from 120mb to less than 25 mb. I don't care if
image is smaller or user needs to uswer magnifier utility when they recieve
it, I just need to meet max attachment limit on gmail which is 25mb.(10mb on
Hotmail and Yahoo).
Is there a utility available on internet such as a wallet size or preview
size thumbnail image converter which will still convey image details but
allow me to met max attachment limits? I tried converting to html doc but it
is still too large.

Download the free www.irfanview.com and the plug-ins. In the Image menu there is
a resize/resample option. Sample the different settings until you find the
combination suitable for sending your email. Save as...

You can break up emails. Read how in the help.
