Problem with clipart

I have a computer that has Office 2003 installed on it, the problem exist
with word, the problem is that when i try to add clipart in to a document it
ask where do I want to look, i selet the web and no matter what i type in the
search box it always returns NO RESULTS FOUND, I have tried everything I know
of and to no avail, Please help me SOON

clips from the Microsoft Clip Art site:
http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/clipart/default.aspx
