How do I create a clip art?

Hi I would like to use my own orginal image for a logo. Therefore can someone
please inform me on how I can create a clipart from scratch or how can I
edite my drawing then use It as a logo?

Usually to create a good logo you need to use a drawing program. With a vector
logo you can resize it to large without losing definition. You can convert the
logo into other formats for Web pages and other documents.
Serif has some free programs you could use.
