clip art downloaded as wav file

When I download clip art from Microsoft, the file shows up as a wav
file in the Microsoft Clip organizer. I am unable to view it. These
are photos, not other forms of clip art so should not show up this
way.

Also, the downloaded clip art should be in the My Documents/My
Pictures/ Microsoft Clip Organizer but they never show up there
either.

I am using XP Professional SP2. A long time ago before upgrading to
XP Pro SP2, I never had any trouble. The files would downoad
correctly and could be viewed but I don't know how to solve this.

Sounds like your temporary cache is full, in Internet Explorer, tools, Internet
Options, delete files.

You might want to compact your Organizer, Start, Microsoft Office Tools,
Microsoft Clip Organizer, when the Organizer opens, tools, compact.

Actually I had already done both of your suggestions and still have
the problem.
Any other ideas?
