How do I resize pictures from compressed to normal

I saved pictures that were sent to Kodak for retrieval and they come up
thumbnail size in view as filmstrip. When I try to resize, they are fuzzy.
How can I get them back to normal viewing size.

You can't. Hopefully you have the originals somewhere.
