How do I save a picture in a document to an image file?

I created a PNG Picture in my Word Document. I would like to save the picture
in my Word Document as a picture file. What are the steps I need to take to
save the picture I created in Word to a graphic file to be located in in my
Pictures folder on my computer? Thank you and God bless.
