How to create a moving avatar, so that it functioned in Excel?

I have a project on my mind - and I need to create an avatar, so that it
could move, just like thise we can observe in Help option - a dog, a cat, a
ball, etc. And it should function in Excel spreadsheet. Please, help!

Animation only happens in HTML or other other type programs such as Flash. You
are in the wrong newsgroup...Try your question in Excel just to see if it is
possible.
