How can I make my song last for more than 1 slide?

Hi, I'm using powerpoint 2003 and im doing a presentation in music on a
certain song, so i have made it so the song is playing during the
presentation. The music starts and sounds alright but once i change to the
2nd slide the music stops. I want to be able to have the song play through
the whole song. I need help!!
