When I pull up clip art and click on a category of pictures. I see the first
10 or so photos but when I click Next to go to the next page my browser shuts
down.

See if emptying your temporary cache helps. In Internet Explorer, Tools,
Internet Options, Delete...
Delete the Temporary Files.
