why can't i download the practice files?

Every time I try to do a practice in any of the online lessons, I get a
message that states:

The template for your practice session cannot be dowloaded at this time
because of a problem on a Microsoft Office Online server. Please try again
later.

I've tried Multiple times over the past few months, for various locations
and various PC's. Any info to share?

Go here, look on the left pane, click the ActiveX control.

If that doesn't get you into the practice sessions, put Office into your trusted
sites. Also check out your firewall to be sure it is allowing your access.
