If you are getting the photos from the ClipArt site, they are okay to put on
your web site.

Hallo,
I saw the posting from the 15th of January regarding copyright rules stating
that we are allowed to use clip art in our church brochures. I am designing a
web site for our church and would like to use some of the family photos. How
does this fit into the regulations?
Thank you in advance for responding.

Sorry to beat this horse again, but if it is OK to use images from ClipArt
for a Church brochure, then is it alright to use in a video produced by a
Government run Medical Center, not for sale or profit?

In another thread I was directed to
http://www.microsoft.com/About/Legal/EN/US/IntellectualProperty/Permissions/Default.aspx,
which seems to conflict with the ability to use in a Church Brochure. Any
clarification would be helpful.

Thank you in advance.
