finding clip art

I have downloaded a bunch of clip art but can not find it in my computer.
Keep in mind if you have any suggestions for me that they have to be simple
because I am computer illiterate.

If you downloaded the clipart from the Office web site, the clipart would go
into the Clip Organizer. There is a folder in "My Pictures" called "Microsoft
Clip Organizer". This is where downloaded clips usually end up.

Now if your temporary cache is full, the clips will not be saved in your
Organizer or on your computer.

Empty your temporary files.

In Internet Explorer, Tools menu, Internet Options, Delete, Delete files.

I have searched my computer for Microsoft clip organizer and came up empty.
It is not in my computer. Any other ideas?
