I frequently creat flyers in Word 2007 that include clip art, text boxes
and/or word art. I always save as Word 97-2003 for those who don't have
2007. It looks perfect on my screen, but when I attach it to an email to
send companywide, the doc is all messed up when they open it. The text boxes
and/or clip art are moved around, the font is bigger and not all of the text
shows. How do I prevent this from happening? It's rather embarrassing. I
ended up copying and pasting the doc in the body of the email and sent it
that way but it wasn't fancy like we wanted it.
