Can you open the Organizer? Start, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Office Tools,
Microsoft Clip Organizer, File, Add clips to Organizer. You have the choice of
On my Own or automatically. Maybe the Organizer can find the clips.

I have 2010 on my computer, the Organizer doesn't have my legacy clips installed
but I can use the Organizer from my previous versions.

If you still have another version of Office, try opening the Organizer in that
version.

hi Mary, thanks for your speedy reply. i tried your suggestions but it
failed. i have traced the file as being in 'nero photosnap viewer' which
wasn't reinstalled when my computer was stripped down. i reinstalled it but
to no avail. could you or anyone else tell me how to delete all my clips in
the clip organizer the easy way, which must be better than deleting them one
at a time. i would like to start afresh so i know where i am. cheers Frances

When you renew the Organizer (Mstore10.mgc) this basically rids the Organizer of
all clips with maybe the exception of the built in clips.
The clips are stored in the Office folder in the Program files. Downloaded clips
are in the Pictures folder, Microsoft Clip Organizer.
