When attempting to download clips from Microsoft Clips Online, I get a seek
operation error message. The error code is 0x80030019. This is new since I
was able to perform this before.

None of the solutions listed worked for me. I'm still waiting for a fix. I
was able to download before, but today I've spent most of the time trying to
fix the problem. This is a nuisance!

Is 0x80030019 the error you are getting? Did you rename your .mgc file? Have you
cleared your temporary cache?
