I scanned a b/w line drawing, want to change the lines to color

I scanned a black and white line drawing and now want to change the color of
the lines in the drawing from black to (a) color.

Open the drawing in a paint program. Use the mask tools.

If you have Publisher you can select the object, right-click, format object,
picture tab, recolor.
