I use MS Office 2003 and when trying to add Clip Art into any application, I
receive a Windows Media player Icon where the picture should be.

I went into the organize clip art option and noticed that the majority of
clip art are stored under Web Collections and all are stored as Windows media
player.

Wghen I try to insert any of these clip art items I receive a Microsoft VBS
Script error or a cannot obtain data error.

I have completely uninstalled and reinstalled the application with the same
result.

Has anyone else come across this issue?

Thanks

Have you installed the service packs for 2003?
Generic icons appear in the Web Collections folder of Clip Organizer in an
Office 2003 program
