Loading clip art into the Clipart Organizer
(too old to reply)

I recently purchased some old west clip art. It downloaded into a folder
with 7 subfolders. When I use the Office clip organizer, it appears I can
only load one clip art at a time by double clicking the image in their
subfolders... which also makes the clipart organizer disappear!. Theres a
total of well over 350 clip art images total! Is there any way I can save
groups of these clipart images without having to do only one at a time. I
want to keep the images in the same order as they are in the various
subfolders. Any help would be greatly appreciated

Not sure I know what you are trying to do. You can open the Organizer as a
standalone in the Start menu, Microsoft Office Tools. When the Organizer opens,
select the folder, select the image, drag and drop the image(s). You can by-pass
the Organizer altogether, open the Old West folder; drag and drop.

Thank you Mary!
I was able to load all clip art in less than 5 minutes! Forgot about the
click and drag feature of windows in this case!
