I work at a school and for some students, when they do a search for clip art,
they only get one or two pictures. They do not get the pictures from the
Clip Organizer the heading "Web Collections". However, if they go into the
Clip Organizer they are there. All the boxes are checked when doing the
search. This is happening to a teacher computer also...initially she will
have many clip art pictures, then the next time she does a search they
disappear. Again, it is the Web Collections pictures. Any help would be
appreciated.

Usually the cure is to empty the temporary cache. In Internet Explorer, Tools,
Internet Options, Delete... Temporary Internet Files.

I did a google search and came upon a discussion you had with "rbingham" back
in 2007 on the website techtalkz.com. Reading this, I realize that I am
having the same exact problem. Did that ever get resolved, and if so, how?

Did you read the Knowledge Base article?

There was a hotfix article as well, but if I remember right this fix was
included in the second service pack.
