In Office 2003, in the fill effects dialog box, on the texture tab, click the
Other Texture button and you can use a graphic file for your texture. It
does not permanently add it to the texture list, but it will display in the
list in the document in which it was used.
In 2007, in the format dialog box, select picture or texture fill, click the
insert from file button, and check Tile picture as texture.
