How do you increase Clip Art basket size?

I want to be able to put more clip art into my basket before I download the
items.

There is a limit of 120 clips or 3.5 MB
This is an old limit, but it may have changed.

If you have are having problems downloading you might want to empty your
temporary cache, in Internet Explorer, tools, Internet Options, delete, delete
files.
