I have the same problem, but can't find a solution that actually works.

Have you tried the 'Detect and Repair' option in clip organiser? It didn't
work for me, but it does help some, I think.

I have tried repairing/cleaning up my registry, I have
uninstalled/reinstalled, I have done system restore as far back as I could
go, but no joy.

If you hear of any solutions, please post them.

You may not be able to use the Clip Organizer to view Web Collections when you
run an Office program
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb%3Ben-us%3B839365

Empty your cache, in Internet Explorer, tools, Internet Options, delete, delete
files.

Is there anything else you can suggest to help with this problem? I haven't
found a solution that works as yet. Such a shame as Office clipart is pretty
good now.

Take a look at your firewall settings. What version office?
Open the Organizer from Start, Microsoft Office Tools. When the Organizer opens,
tools, compact.
When you Insert, Clip art in an Office program, can you go straight to the
online content?

Hi,
THank you for replying.
I am using Office 2007
I compacted, but no difference.
When I insert clipart, and search for whatever I am looking for, I just
don't get any answers from the web collections. If I only choose 'web
collections' in 'search in' I see nothing at all. In Organizer, web
collections is listed below office collections, but nothing happens when I
try to expand it, and I can't delete it, or do anything else to it.
Thanks again. Any more ideas?

I had already tried what it suggested. I can in fact only get any clipart if
I have selected 'everywhere' in the 'search in' dialogue. All very odd.
Something corrupted somewhere, but no idea how to find it or fix it.

That's what I do, and it works. I just hate when things don't work properly
and when I can't find a solution to the problem.

Thanks for your help.
