Inserting Cliparts - So where are the Clip arts?

My wife was working on a project in word and claims that she had used
Cliparts in Office Word 2007 showing the very nice cliparts.

But yesterday as she was working in word, she clicked on insert than Clip
arts and discovered there was blank space where she last saw all the clip
arts there.

Anyone can shed some light on how to use Cliparts?
