importing clip art from microsoft gallery to works 8.5

Hi I have just bought a new computer which shipped with works 8.5. I wanted
to add some clipart from microsoft website to the gallery but it keeps
refusing and wanted to find various files. I am running vista on my new
sytem.

It would be helpful to know the complete error.
Check your firewall, do you have the permissions configured correctly?
